1. Branded Materials Must Be Approved

All branded items intended for sale or giveaway must be submitted to your ATMOSFERE representative for approval before being provided to any concessionaire.



2. Premiums, Giveaways & Sampling

  • Branded promotional handouts, swag, or premiums may not be distributed anywhere on festival grounds EXCEPT from your brand activation location.

  • A limited number of product samples may be permitted inside your activation only, and only with prior approval from ATMOSFERE.

  • No sampling or giveaway activity is allowed outside of designated activation space



3. Roaming Brand Ambassadors

Roaming staff, street teams, or mobile ambassadors—branded or unbranded—are not permitted anywhere on festival grounds.
All brand interactions must occur within your assigned activation footprint only.



4. Research & Data Collection

Any surveys, interviews, lead capture, or market research activity must be conducted from within your activation space.
Intercept-style research outside the activation is not allowed.

Partners may NOT use unbranded pop-up tents, unbranded canopies, or any structural branding that has not been pre-approved. All physical builds must follow ATMOSFERE’s branding standards and receive written approval before installation.

If a partner cannot provide a branded booth setup, an 8ft × 8ft space in the Community Tent may be requested. A custom-branded table cloth is required for this option.



2. Booth Presentation & Aesthetic Standards

Every activation must present a clean, cohesive, and intentional visual design. Signage, décor, colors, and product displays should reflect the brand’s identity and maintain a professional appearance throughout the event.
Handwritten signs, mismatched décor, damaged banners, and visible storage or cables are not permitted. ATMOSFERE may request adjustments to ensure a consistent look across the festival.



3. Guest Interaction & Flow Requirements

Activation spaces must support smooth, intuitive guest flow without interfering with public walkways. Entrances should be clear, staff should remain inside the booth footprint, and any lines or activity must be managed within the activation space. All installations must remain ADA accessible and free of obstructions.

All brand representatives must remain inside their assigned activation footprint. Roaming solicitation, mobile ambassadors, outside-booth handouts, or intercept-style engagement are not permitted. Any use of lighting, screens, or powered equipment requires advance approval. These elements must be positioned to avoid disrupting other activations or guest walkways. Outward-facing lights, unapproved audio, unsecured décor, or unsafe power setups are not allowed. All power needs must be submitted ahead of the event.



6. Cleanliness & Waste Management

Activation areas must remain clean, organized, and presentable for the duration of the festival. Trash and packaging should be removed regularly, and storage bins, boxes, and personal items must be kept out of public view. Partners are responsible for end-of-day cleaning and must follow sanitation guidelines if handling food or samples.



7. Safety, Stability & Structural Integrity

All structures must be stable, weather-safe, and built to withstand heavy foot traffic. Outdoor setups require proper weighting or ballast, and builds exceeding 10x10 ft may require a safety review. No loose signage, exposed hardware, or hazardous edges are permitted. ATMOSFERE reserves the right to request modifications for safety.

ATMOSFERE encourages brands to deliver interactive, memorable, and culturally aligned experiences. Activations should be thoughtfully designed with elements such as photo moments, brand storytelling, or approved demonstrations that enhance attendee engagement while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the festival.

Ambient music, DJ sets, or low-volume atmospheric sound may be permitted with prior approval, and must be kept at a level that does not produce sound bleed into festival stages or other activations.


2. Off-Site Events Cannot Use ATMOSFERE Branding

Any partner events, pop-ups, appearances, or performances held off festival property may not be marketed, implied, or presented as official ATMOSFERE programming.

Our founder and programming team curate the artistic experience with significant care.
To preserve the integrity of the lineup:
